What we collect
When you text selfluv to (850) 735-3588 to join, we collect your mobile phone number and the date you subscribed. We may also record when you unsubscribe. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, location, or any other personal details to use the service.
How we use it
We use your phone number for a single purpose: to send you the Daily Textpirations daily message and occasional service messages (such as your welcome text). That is the only thing we do with it.
We never sell your information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or any subscriber information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your consent to receive texts is never shared.
Service providers
To deliver the texts and maintain the list, we rely on a small number of trusted service providers: our SMS provider (Twilio) to send the messages, and Google to store the subscriber list. They process your phone number only to help us run Daily Textpirations, are not permitted to use it for their own purposes, and we do not share your number with anyone else.
Message frequency, rates, and opting out
The service sends about one message per day. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can opt out any time by replying STOP; you will get a confirmation and receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help.
How your information is stored
Subscriber phone numbers are kept in a private, access-controlled spreadsheet used only to operate the service. We take reasonable steps to keep that information secure and limited to the people who run Daily Textpirations.
Children's privacy
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
SMS terms of service
By texting selfluv to (850) 735-3588, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Daily Textpirations at the number you texted from. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (about one per day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
